We are a "family-owned, family-operated" business serving Fort Bragg, Mendocino, Little River, Albion, Elk, Gualala, Point Arena, Cleone, Westport, Ukiah, Willits, Laytonville and Anderson Valley.  Our success for the past 20+ years is a direct credit to the local people and businesses who support us.

 

We produce and sell gourmet smoked fish, meat and cheese, as well as offering an extensive fresh meat selection, as well as fresh and smoked sausages.  All our sausages, smoked meats, and smoked cheeses are hand-made in our own USDA-inspected processing plant.

 

We are proud to feature grass fed, grass finished Stemple Creek Ranch beef from Tomales, CA. 

 

Most all of our products made in our facility are produced with no addded nitrates. *

We offer Gluten Free smoked and fresh meats, cheeses and fish **

 

We also do custom processing if you are a wild game hunter or small local farmer.
