turn-around time for custom processing is roughly a month. 

We will call you when your order is ready for pick up - 

All whole carcass drop off's MUST BE PRE-SCHEDULED.  Please call well before you slaughter, so we can get you on the calendar.

Calling the same day as slaughter DOES NOT guarantee that we will be able to accept it. 

We offer Custom Meat Processing and Cut-and-Wrap

for your Pork, Lamb, Goat, Elk or Deer.  

 

We are not able to Custom Process fish, beef or bear.
